Ghostart is a professional content platform that helps individuals and teams create authentic written content — including articles, newsletters, blog posts, LinkedIn posts, and carousels — through voice-learning exercises, AI-powered drafting, and editorial feedback. The platform supports publishing to LinkedIn, WordPress, and Ghost. Ghostart is available at ghostart.io and is operated by Ghostart Ltd.

To access Ghostart, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Ghostart collects and processes your personal and professional information to provide personalised content generation, editorial feedback, and voice-learning insights. This includes:

The Ghostart platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ghostart Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of the content you create through the platform. You grant Ghostart Ltd a limited licence to use, process, and analyse this content solely to provide our services — including AI-powered drafting, voice learning, and editorial feedback. We do not use your content for any purpose beyond delivering the service to you.
Ghostart uses artificial intelligence to assist with content creation, including drafting posts, generating ideas, providing editorial feedback, and analysing your writing style. You should be aware that:
We continually improve our AI capabilities but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output. You should always apply your own judgement before publishing.
You may not use Ghostart to:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghostart Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Ghostart.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Ghostart at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

Your Ghostart subscription includes a monthly AI allowance that covers features like post generation, content analysis, chat assistance, and the Beige-ometer. This allowance resets at the start of each billing period.
If you reach your monthly allowance, AI-powered features will be temporarily paused. All other platform features — editing, scheduling, your content calendar, training courses, and team management — remain fully available.
You can purchase additional AI credits at any time from within Ghostart. Purchased credits do not expire and carry over between billing periods.
We reserve the right to adjust the included AI allowance with 30 days' notice. Any changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification.
AI credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused included allowance does not roll over between billing periods.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the platform or by contacting us at team@ghostart.io.
Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. Your content and data remain accessible.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at team@ghostart.io within 14 days of the charge.
Ghostart integrates with third-party services including LinkedIn, WordPress, and Ghost. When you connect these services:
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of Ghostart after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Ghostart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
