Ghostart is a personal branding platform that helps professionals enhance their LinkedIn presence through strategic exercises and AI-powered insights. The platform is currently available at ghostart.io and is operated by The Togethr Project Ltd.

During the Beta testing phase, the service is provided free of charge. Upon full launch, pricing will be implemented as communicated to users.

2. User Accounts and Registration

To access Ghostart, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Data Collection and Use

Ghostart collects and processes your personal and professional information to provide personalized insights and recommendations. This includes:

• Information you provide through exercises and assessments
• LinkedIn profile data (when you choose to connect)
• Usage data and platform interactions
• AI-generated insights based on your responses

As a Beta user, you acknowledge that:

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Ghostart at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
