The Ghostart context

For years, we ran employee advocacy programs for organisations including John Lewis & Partners, Post Office, Waitrose and Iceland Foods. The aim was simple: help employees share and talk about the business on social media.

We helped clients launch leading, award-winning employee advocacy programmes... but we still felt the traditional model was broken. Content felt corporate. Employees either posted reluctantly or not at all. Comms and leadership were left rewriting, approving or chasing—just to maintain standards.
